Prospective Renter Screening
We have a dedicated Leasing Manager that meets interested prospects and utilizes our modern technology for screening. We provide personal service thought out the process.

We do an in-depth and ongoing market analysis of the current rental market to make sure your rents are at current market levels. We keep up-to-date with changes in real estate laws and regulations.

Our Maintenance Service Process
Every time a resident sends us a maintenance request it is filtered through our maintenance team to ensure that no request goes unanswered. Our trained team members will assess the issue and attempt to troubleshoot possible solutions before sending a vendor. When necessary we also go the extra mile to contact the City for issues regarding local ordinances. We contact Home Owner Associations for issues regarding CC&R’s of the community. We even contact local experts and our trusted vendors to help us understand maintenance issues so that you don’t have to. Depending on the urgency or simplicity of the fix, we can find a solution right away, or present you with details and estimates for a repair. We would love to learn how we can work for you best.
